Romantic Reflections will accept returns within 7 days for returning customers ONLY. Books must be in perfect condition and return postage will be at the customer's expense. If you are a first time customer we regret that we can not refund or accept returns. Customers are given a choice of either a full refund or a full exchange (no combinations).

Refunds will be made directly to the customer's bank account via bank transfer or credit card. Refunds will be honoured once Romantic Reflections is satisfied that the book(s) is in perfect condition.

Exchanges will be made either as a direct exchange for incorrect choice or the credit will be used towards the next purchase. Exchanges can only be made for book(s) equal to or higher in value than the book(s) being returned.

* Any postage costs incurred by the customer as a result will not be refunded.

* Any Romantic Reward points accumulated will be cancelled for the amount of the refund or amended in accordance with the exchange.

* No refunds can be given for full or partial orders not finalised after 4 weeks of the customer first being notified to complete the transaction.

* We will not refund on any lost or misplaced orders after they have been correctly dispatched from our warehouse until the necessary process has been followed by us and Australia Post and the order has been recovered or a resolution has been reached.
