| CONDITIONS Outstanding books can be included with a new order to save on postage but the new order has to be over $100 for complimentary postage to apply (the outstanding book(s) is NOT included in that total) Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to ship if books are in stock with the overseas supplier. If books are pre-ordered then they will not ship until their release date. We will notify you if the postage that you have selected is incorrect and refund you if you pay too much. Postage is NOT payable on orders using a purchased gift certificate of $100 or more. Postage IS payable on orders using romantic reward credit, a cancelled book credit or coupon credit (ARRA or other discount) if the payable amount is under $100 after the redemption. Please contact us on enquiries@romancebookstore.com.au for international postage rates. In the event that parcels go missing once they leave our warehouse we will go through the proper process of engaging Australia Post to locate the missing items and keep you updated through the entire process. Australia Post will decide if compensation is granted as we do not refund on missing parcels. If an incorrect address is provided then we can not be held liable or responsible for non-delivery.
